These can be difficult to face on one’s own. With compassion, humor, and creativity, I will commit to supporting you and/or family members build on strengths, gain understanding, and encourage personal change and growth.
I provide an emphatic and safe environment for processing upsetting and confusing events, negative thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, misunderstandings with others, and life stressors whether individually based or family centered. My years of experience include working with adults, children, youth, families, and couples, whether in a crisis situation or a desire for personal growth.
